Lots of Celtic fans have flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on some news to emerge from the Parkhead club ahead of their game on Saturday. 

Following the passing of the Celtic legend Bertie Auld, all of the Bhoys will wear the number 10 on their shorts in their Scottish League Cup semi-final clash against St. Johnstone.

Auld was a part of the Lisbon Lions who brought the European Cup to Glasgow in 1967 after beating Inter 2-1 out in Portugal.

Celtic fans flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on the club’s tribute for the man who spent two separate stints at the Parkhead side.

It seems these Celtic fans are delighted to hear about the tribute put in place for the Celtic legend and it is certainly justified given the incredible haul of trophies won by the midfielder.
