Lots of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their excitement following a transfer claim to emerge ahead of the January transfer window.

According to Calciomercato, Juventus ace Dejan Kulusevski could join the Lilywhites in January on an initial loan deal, with his camp having already spoken about finding a way out of Turin.

Do you think Conte will be backed in January?

Spurs have been linked with the 21-year-old for a number of months now and the Swedish international has had a tricky start to the 2021/22 campaign.

The winger is yet to play a full 90 minutes for the Old Lady in Serie A this season and despite making 11 appearances, Kulusevski has failed to find the back of the net and has just the one assist to his name (via Transfermarkt).

Tottenham fans flocked to Twitter as the claims from Italy were relayed, and it seemed many were in favour of bringing the 21-year-old in.

What did these Spurs fans have to say?

“He’s a good player”

“Yes please”
“please”
“Could be the creative midfielder we badly neeed”
“Dream signing”
“Make it happen just what we need”

Spurs are not the only north London club to be linked to Kulusevski. Local rivals Arsenal have also been tipped with a potential swoop for the Swede.

However, it seems these Spurs fans would like to see Fabio Paratici beat the Gunners to his signature of the player, who Cristiano Ronaldo has previously claimed to be an ‘excellent player’.
