Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to claims surrounding the club and their plans in the January transfer window.
Following the appointment of Antonio Conte on an 18-month contract on Tuesday, the club already appear to be looking towards the future and the sorts of players that the Italian is going to want to be working with as he looks to guide the club towards success.
And according to reports, he’s set to be given quite the war chest in order to reach that success. According to Italian outlet La Repubblica (via Sport Witness), Conte is set to be given €180m (£152.7m) to spend, before noting that the Inter duo of Stefan de Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni, as well as Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic, are all targets for him – three players Conte will have been familiar with following his recent spell in charge in Italy.
This news was relayed to Tottenham fans via @HotspurRelated, where there were plenty of them left incredibly impressed with the claims:
“I swear to God if we get Kessie, Bastoni, Vlahovic and either one of Skriniar or De Vrij we r actually winning the League.”
