A number of Queens Park Rangers fans have reacted with delight after seeing footage of one of the club’s goals from their latest win.
Over the weekend, QPR claimed a thrilling 3-2 victory over Preston North End in the Championship. Having taken the lead in the 17th minute thanks to Lyndon Dykes, the R’s found themselves 2-1 down late into the second half.
However, two goals in the space of three minutes changed the game, with Ilias Chair scoring the deciding effort with only 16 minutes left on the clock.
The club’s official Twitter page shared footage of the scrappy, hard-fought moment and the QPR fans were soon lapping the images up.
Here’s what these Queens Park Rangers had to say…
“Brilliant.”
It’s plain to see just how much these QPR supporters enjoyed Chair’s goal, and they certainly have good reason to celebrate at the moment.
Will QPR make the playoffs this season?
Yes
No
Indeed, that strike means that the club have now picked up 18 points in 11 league games so far this season. As a result, they now hold a place within the play-off places after a second successive Championship win.
There’s a long way to go yet, but it’s been a promising start to the season for QPR.
