A number of Sheffield United fans have reacted with delight after exciting youngster Iliman Ndiaye agreed to sign a new contract with the club.
It was announced on the Blades’ official website that the 21-year-old forward has agreed to a deal that will keep the starlet at Bramall Lane until 2024.
The Frenchman made his senior debut last season, appearing off the bench in a Premier League defeat to Leicester City back in March, while he has also featured for the club once this campaign in the Carabao Cup win over Derby County.
Sheffield United’s Twitter page shared the news of his signed contract on their feed and it soon drew a response from a number of the club’s supporters.

Ndiaye’s talent is plain for all to see. Last season, he was the top scorer for the club’s under-23 side, and he has started the new campaign in typical fashion, scoring twice in his first game.
With the youngster looking so exciting at youth level, it seems like it will only be a matter of time before he gets more opportunities in the Sheffield United senior team – and signing a new contract certainly wouldn’t have done him any harm in that regard.
