A lot of West Brom fans are fuming on Twitter as their club is being linked with a move for Andy Carroll this summer.

Carroll is currently a free agent having been released by Newcastle United following the expiration of his contract this summer, and Dean Windass has urged West Brom to move for the 32-year-old.

An easy one to kick off our quiz on the 2020 summer transfer window in the EFL, which player left Birmingham City to join Borussia Dortmund?

Carroll impressed when he broke onto the scene at Newcastle United, firstly in the Championship as he helped the Magpies storm to the title before leading the line in the Premier League, though his first stint on Tyneside was to be short-lived as Liverpool snapped him up for £35 million.

With the way Valerien Ismael has got the Baggies playing in the Championship, Carroll would appear to be a striker that is a long distance away from fitting into the manager’s ideas and style of play.
