A lot of Newcastle United fans have voiced their thoughts on Twitter following a rumour surrounding the latest in their potential takeover bid.
According to Football Insider, the Magpies are ‘privately confident’ they will be given the green light by the Premier League for the Saudi Arabia-based PIF takeover to finally go through.
The bid was withdrawn last July as a decision from the Premier League never came, however, the report claims both parties are still invested in the possibility of a deal being agreed with the league.
