Celtic fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest comments made by Hoops manager Neil Lennon.
This comes after the official Celtic Twitter account shared a post on their page that contained a video of Lennon speaking to Celtic TV after his side recently beat Riga FC 1-0 in their Europa League qualifying third round.
In the video, Lennon said that his side were “excellent” throughout the match against the Latvian club and that he was “delighted” with the performance he saw from his team.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Celtic fans who were quick to share their thoughts on Lennon’s summary of the match.

Celtic managed to score a 90th-minute goal through Mohamed Elyounoussi who came on as a substitute towards the end of the second half.
Abysmal

The decline in standards and expectations at this club in the last couple of years is alarming.

Do you think Celtic played well against Riga?
Yes
No
This is the worst Celtic I’ve seen in a long long while, fear for the season, unfortunately Lennon has lost it and Broony over the hill, hopefully things improve

Now that the official Celtic Twitter account has shared this video of Lennon onto their page, this paved the way for a lot of Hoops fans to share their own opinions on the match and the performance from their team.
Deary me, if we’re happy with that then our standards have really dropped! Not good enough NL!

Looking at the replies to this post from the official Celtic Twitter page, it appears that these Hoops fans don’t agree with Lennon’s assessment of the match.
Moving forward, the best thing the club can do now would be to win their next match against Hibernian in the Premiership at the weekend and put in a strong team performance as well.
