Many Leeds United fans have flocked to a tweet from the club in which they shared a short video capturing the cardboard cutouts of the fans placed in the seats at Elland Road as they prepare to play their first home game behind closed doors this weekend.
Marcelo Bielsa’s Whites take on fellow promotion hopefuls Fulham in a crucial fixture on Saturday. Leeds currently have a seven-point lead over Scott Parker’s side and will be hoping to increase it and pull away from the chasing pack in their bid to restore their Premier League status.
The video showed masses of Leeds United ‘Crowdies’ in the seats at Elland Road along with a message of ‘Our fans > Your fans’.
Here is how a sample of the Elland Road faithful have responded to the post.
Class guys. Class! #lufc

Are you confident of a Leeds victory this weekend?
Yes
No
The Yorkshire-based club still have five games to play at home between now and the end of the season, and although the circumstances aren’t ideal due to the recent global pandemic, the club’s decision to involve the fans appears to have been a very popular one with their followers.
Love my club ???

Leeds will be looking to bounce back straight away having suffered a defeat at Cardiff City last weekend. Fortunately for the Whites, Fulham slipped up against Brentford themselves, and as a result, they were unable to cut the gap between the two sides.
