West Brom’s official Twitter account recently posted an image which depicts the Baggies’ 21-year-old defender Dara O’Shea wearing the club’s away kit from the 1996/97 season.
The shirt of this away kit is predominantly yellow, however, the sleeves and collar are both a light shade of blue in colour, as are the shorts.
This image has drawn a largely positive reaction from the Baggies fans who have been reacting to it on Twitter, with one West Brom supporter even stating that the image of O’Shea wearing this kit reminds them of Paul Mardon, who made 154 appearances for the club during his time at The Hawthorns, even becoming club captain in 1996, as per wba.co.uk.

What do we think?
It may be fair to say that O’Shea has delivered some impressive performances for the Baggies this season. The Irish defender has made 10 league appearances for the club, earning an impressive average overall rating of 7.27 from those games, as per WhoScored. This gives him the second-highest average overall rating of any Baggies player in the league this term according to the website.
It may not come as a surprise that these Baggies fans have been enjoying this image depicting the 21-year-old in a classic kit, given his impressive performances this term.
