Some West Brom fans have been reacting positively to a tweet that was posted by the Baggies’ official Twitter account which relays an Instagram post that was recently made by winger Matt Phillips, which shows the 29-year-old with his child wearing a West Brom kit. 

As per Phillips’ Instagram page, via the Baggies’ official Twitter account, the West Brom player welcomed a new baby into the world back in March and now, the 29-year-old has revealed an image of himself with the young child in a West Brom kit via his Instagram page. He captioned his post “I’m ready daddy”, likely jesting that his child is ready to take to the Hawthorns pitch.

One of the many consequences of this viral outbreak has been the postponement of professional football in England and for many football fans this may have made things even more difficult lately.
