Many Celtic fans have been talking about Kristoffer Ajer after a post involving the defender caught their attention recently.
A Celtic fan recently posted on Twitter, asking Hoops fans for their opinion about Ajer and his future at Parkhead. The post carried a poll about the same.
Interestingly, it has been reported that the central defender is eyeing a move away from Parkhead, and he has been linked with Real Madrid recently.
Many Celtic fans flocked to this tweet. They made it clear that the defender should be sold by the club soon.
No point in keeping an unhappy player.

Should Celtic part ways with Ajer?
Yes, punt him
No, keep him
In nearly every game he seems to do something stupid his an accident ready to happen. If we get offered big money take hand and all

As soon as a player ‘wants’ to leave, it is pointless keeping them. If they stay it is only for the money.

No one is bigger than the club

Ajer has been a regular at the back for the Hoops this season, making 49 appearances in all competitions. He has played 28 Premiership games, while also scoring three goals and getting two assists in the Scottish top-flight for the Parkhead-based side (via Transfermarkt).
What do we think?
These Celtic fans don’t seem too keen on keeping Ajer at Celtic. His agent has already told Norwegian TV agency NTB (via Sporten) that Ajer will leave the club in the summer and that he isn’t renewing his contract with the club. In that sense, Celtic fans are right to say that he might not be looking to stay at the club. So selling him in the summer perhaps wouldn’t be a bad decision at all.
