A lot of Leeds United fans have replied to a tweet from All Leeds HQ asking them what they would change about Elland Road.
This drew a wide range of responses from a lot of Whites supporters – the best of which can be seen below.

Its far too small – we are a 50k+ club now. West stand needs two tiers

Well it needs to be bigger if we get promoted, simply to enable more people to see the games live. Other than that, they could take the executive boxes out of the Norman Hunter South Stand. That would also increase capacity & should further improve the atmosphere.

Nothing. Originality is everything.

Try to increase it to between 50-60,000

More exits in the North stand…. takes 15-20 minutes to escape on a normal day

Install the quick pour pint machines at every bar. Trying to get a pint is a joke at half time.

Ladies toilets! A bit grim

What do we think?
There are a lot of ideas suggested, but one that seems to be prominent is the idea of expanding Elland Road.
Do you like Elland Road the way it is?
Yes
No
Leeds’ home ground currently holds 37,890 and was recording one of the highest average attendances in England as of earlier this season.
This would imply that if they were promoted to the Premier League, the demand for tickets could exceed the ground’s capacity.
There have been discussions around expanding Elland Road, but they are entirely dependent on Leeds winning promotion to the top flight.
Certainly, judging by many of the replies, that is what these Leeds fans want.
However, to do that, Leeds probably need to be promoted sooner rather than later.
