Some Celtic fans have been talking about the latest tweet that Superscoreboard recently relayed.
Superscoreboard’s latest tweet was a poll which asked fans about who the Premiership’s Player of the Year should be. They nominated two Celtic players – Odsonne Edouard and Callum McGregor – alongside Ryan Jack and Alfredo Morelos.
Many Celtic fans began talking about this tweet. While some said that the award should go to McGregor or Edouard, the others mocked the inclusions of Morelos and Jack.

As per WhoScored, Edouard has scored as much as 25% of Celtic’s goals this season – a greater proportion than any other player in the league. The Frenchman has also scored the highest number of goals in the Premiership this season (22), while Morelos has scored only 12 times in comparison (via WhoScored).
What do we think?
The aforementioned numbers show how impactful Edouard has been this year. While fans can have varying opinions, Edouard has contributed to more goals than the others and as a result, deserves to be the Player of the Year this season.
