Some Celtic fans have slammed Ewan Murray after the journalist recently tweeted about the SPFL.
Murray’s latest tweet saw him quote-tweet a post from BBC Sportsound, which quoted SPFL chairman Murdoch MacLennan talking about why Scottish football has to do everything ‘humanly possible’ to resume playing by the end of July.
Murray shared this, saying that it makes you wonder why the SPFL was ‘hell-bent’ on ending the season at the start of April.
Many Celtic fans flocked to this tweet. They made their anger for Murray very clear.
It makes you wonder if Ewan understands anything

Is the Scottish media against Celtic?
Yes, they are
I don't think so
You are wrong son. No prizes have been given out by SPL yet. They are giving it as long as viable. May 25th UEFA want answers. If your top of the league you are the best team. If you are bottom you are the worst. Games in hand is not points on table. Your fear is real.?

MacLennan said that the quicker Scottish football resumes, the better. This was the SPFL chairman’s appeal to make sure that football in Scotland comes back soon.
This comes after Rangers’ resolution to launch an investigation against the SPFL was voted against by a majority of Scottish clubs. The Ibrox club couldn’t earn the amount of votes that they needed to proceed with an independent inquiry against the voting process that led to the cancellation of the league seasons below the Premiership.
What do we think?
Celtic fans clearly aren’t too pleased with Murray’s tweet. Murray’s tweet seems like a shot at the SPFL and their decision-making and considering the authorities have been fighting a war against Rangers, Celtic fans are bound to take the SPFL’s side.
With the Premiership title at stake too, there is only one side that Celtic fans were ever likely to take.
