Celtic fans on Twitter have been reflecting on former defender Steven Pressley’s time at Parkhead.
This comes after Celtic-focused Twitter account @HereCelts shared a post on their page that contained an image of Pressley holding a Celtic shirt when he first signed to the club and another image of a crowd of Celtic fans celebrating the signing.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Celtic fans who were eager to share their thoughts on the transfer.
Here’s a sample of Celtic fans responding to the post:

Indeed, it’s safe to say that Neil Lennon hasn’t always had the best of relationships with Pressley.
Absolute haddie. Should never have been signed after what he said about Neil Lennon.

Do you remember Pressley's time at Celtic fondly?
Yes
No
Now 46, Pressley signed to Celtic in the 2007 January transfer window from Hearts on a free transfer (per Transfermarkt). Before leaving the club for a move to Danish side Randers in August 2008, the defender made just 18 appearances for the Scottish side (per Transfermarkt).
Now that these images from Pressley’s transfer announcement at Celtic have been doing the rounds on Twitter once again, this paved the way for lots of Celtic fans to share their thoughts on Pressley’s time at the club.

What do we think?
The fact that some Celtic fans have been reminiscing so fondly over Pressley’s time at the club just goes to show how he did have a positive impact on some fans at least, with a couple opposing.
