A lot of Leeds United fans have commented on a post from Ben White after it was revealed over the weekend that a young Whites fan named Daniel Auton had sent a letter to Brighton & Hove Albion regarding the 22-year-old.
In the letter, the youngster asked the Seagulls if his team could buy White off them, and he pledged everything he had in his piggy bank.
Brighton responded, and while they thanked this young Leeds fan for his letter, they insisted that White was not for sale.
However, it seems like White is trying to track down young Daniel, as he put a tweet out asking for the 5-year-old’s family to get in touch with him.
This post from White has gone down well and has drawn a good reaction from many Leeds fans.

What do we think?
This was a great letter sent by Daniel, and it was very nice of Brighton to send him an official response back – while it is also good to see White trying to get in touch with Daniel’s family via this tweet.
Hopefully, when it is possible, Daniel will get the chance to meet his hero.
