A group of Leeds United supporters have recently been discussing defender Ben White who is currently on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League. The 22-year-old has played a key role in the club’s promotion push having started 100% of their Championship fixtures so far (via Transfermarkt.co.uk).
Some footage of the player who is due to return to East Sussex at the end of the season has been posted by @InformativeBall on Twitter and here is what the fans have made of it.
Hope he stays with Leeds

Hope we can sign him permanently at the end of the season. He’s been sensational under Bielsa, has hardly put a foot wrong this season

One fan even stated that’s QSI will be needed to keep him. Interestingly, QSI have reportedly shared an interest in potentially taking over at Elland Road.
Rolls Royce. Would need a QSI to keep him!

However, one particular supporter took issue with White being labelled as world-class at this stage in his career.
World class bit much but very good young player

What do we think?
Ben White has been a consistent performer for Marcelo Bielsa’s side throughout this campaign and that is evidenced by his average performance rating which currently stands at 7.05/10 via WhoScored.com. According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, he is currently valued at £6.3m but it’s recently been reported that he’s caught the attention of Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool and therefore the Whites could face strong competition in signing him on a permanent deal this summer, assuming Brighton are willing to do a deal.
