Rangers completed an incredible comeback over two legs to beat Braga in their round-of-32 Europa League tie. After 59 minutes, of the first leg, Rangers found themselves 2-0 down. However, at full-time they were ahead in the tie by three goals to two. Of course, they went on to win in Portugal by a goal to nil.
Joe Aribo played a big part in the side’s comeback, scoring Rangers’ second goal in the first leg. Despite only coming on in the 54th minute, Aribo achieved a 7.56/10 WhoScored rating. The only Rangers player to achieve a better score was Ianis Hagi with an 8.71/10 after scoring a brace.
After the 1-0 win in Braga, Aribo tweeted out in celebration. The fans praised his performances over the two legs.

Who is the better midfielder for Aribo to learn from?
Steven Gerrard
Lee Bowyer
Many Rangers fans mocked Charlton Athletic boss Lee Bowyer. When Aribo completed his transfer from Charlton Athletic to Rangers last summer, the Addicks boss insisted that Aribo was making a big career mistake. The fans can’t imagine that Aribo has too many regrets right now.
Mr Bowyer Lee or somebody said you made a mistake … #CAFA … #WATP son

You were brilliant over both legs Joe! And Lee Bowyer said you were making the wrong decision joining us

What do we think?
Aribo has featured 44 times for Gerrard this season. He has scored nine goals and assisted eight. He has also played in plenty of positions for the manager this season as well.
Hopefully, for Aribo and the Gers fans, he continues to prove his old boss wrong by helping push his side further into the European competition.
