This week, Rangers signed Kyle Semple from Motherwell. The move indicated the club’s focus on developing and bringing youth through the club’s ranks. But perhaps there could a player exit this month as True Blues Loyal have claimed Greg Docherty could be on his way to a Championship club, which may have come from Football Insider’s report, which states that he wants to join an English Championship club this month.
Upon hearing this news many fans discussed the potential. They want to see him succeed and wish he had been given a fair chance at Rangers.
Yes deserves our best wishes I always thought he gave his all in a Rangers Strip.

Do you think the Greg Docherty will succeed in the Championship?
Yes
No
Others hope that a permanent deal includes a sell-on-clause. If the move does help Docherty become a sought after player, Rangers fans want the club to be rewarded financially for their part in his development. One fan thinks his value will rise greatly after one year in England’s second division.
We should be putting a buy-back clause in that deal if not a sell on % at least.

Buy back, sell on clauses. The way forward now.

Hope there’s a sell on clause, he could be worth a few quid if he performs down there.

What do we think?
Players come and leave teams regularly. If Docherty, who is valued at £675k (as per Transfermarkt), does leave, fans will hope he has a successful career, even if it does mean that they miss out on the cash.
