Kevin De Bruyne was one of Manchester City’s standout performers during their convincing win at Old Trafford on Tuesday night but there was one particular moment of genius that the fans have been gushing over.
In the lead up to City’s third goal the Belgian completely wrong-footed Phil Jones with a wonderful feint, leaving the Manchester United defender red-faced.
It was the 28-year-old’s 200th game for the club and he posted a photo on social media of him leaving the defender for dead – much to the enjoyment of the City supporters.

What do we think?
Kevin De Bruyne is a fantastic talent and we are blessed to have him in the Premier League. Phil Jones has often been the subject of jokes from opposition supporters and this latest incident won’t have done him any favours.
It’s yet another moment to cherish for the City fans who were situated in the away end on a glorious night in Manchester. According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, the former Chelsea player is valued at £135m and that comes as no surprise when you consider the ability of this generational talent.
