There have been a few rumours of Glen Kamara leaving for the Premier League in January, with a potential destination being Sheffield United (Scottish Sun).

Rangers fans have enjoyed watching their team play some attractive football this season. Steven Gerrard has dragged this team to title contenders with his tactics, but he wouldn’t be competing if it weren’t for his players. Glen Kamara is one of the players who has been key to Gerrard’s side, playing in 29 games already this season (transfermarkt).

Interestingly, Rangers fans don’t think Sheffield United are a big enough club to leave for, despite them defying expectations in the Premier League this season.

Other fans would demand a hefty fee for the player. They are starting the bidding at £50 million.

What do we think?

If Kamara does leave, it could be a massive blow to Gerrard as he has proven to be a key member of the manager’s first-team plans, having featured in 29 games to date. The manager is on his way to winning the club’s 55th league title. He will want to keep all of his players if he wants to see out his quest.
