Liverpool fans have been responding on Twitter to the latest injury update on James Milner.
This comes after the official Liverpool Twitter account shared a post on their page announcing the details of Milner’s injury he picked up in the 1-0 win over Everton in the FA Cup.

The post also included an article from their official website that claimed Milner will now be “assessed by the club’s medical department to determine the severity” of the injury.

The midfielder was forced off the field almost 10 minutes into the first half after picking up what looked like a leg muscle injury. The substitution saw Yasser Larouci replace the Englishman and play the rest of the match.
Now that the club have released an update on their intention to assess the severity of Milner’s injury, it had a lot of Liverpool fans talking on Twitter.

What do we think?
With Milner’s experience (205 appearances for the Reds) and versatility in being able to play in numerous positions, he will undoubtedly be a big miss for Jurgen Klopp.
Everyone at the club will be hoping is not a serious one and that he will be back fit as soon as possible.
