These Leeds United fans are excited by the latest update regarding Ian Poveda from Manchester City.
According to Phil Hay, who mentions the Athletic, Poveda will be having a medical with Leeds today with the 19-year-old’s move away from Manchester City aiming to be completed later.
Poveda is currently playing at Premier League 2 level with Manchester City’s U23s, getting one goal and two assists in six league starts.

What Do We Think?
It’ll be interesting to see if Poveda will be playing for the first team, as being just 19-years-old means playing for the U23s seems more likely. However, if Marcelo Bielsa truly believes in Poveda, then giving him loads of Championship minutes will do wonders for his progression.
