Birmingham City fans were left frustrated after the club announced that Alvaro Gimenez was leaving the club on loan until the end of the season. The striker has played in 25 games this season, scoring just three times. It is a record that just isn’t good enough for a forward.
But despite his poor goal scoring record, the fans were discouraged by the news of his departure. They are worried about the lacking options the club now have up top and slate the club’s recruitment team. They demand that another player is brought in, but many feel that it is much too late in the day for that to happen. Any deal to bring in a replacement would be tight.
So back to two senior strikers then ???? ‘recruitment team’ are a shambles

You lot are jokers man!!! It’s getting beyond a joke! Getting rid of players and signing no1 the ambition at this club at the minute is laughable!!

Are you upset by Gimenez's departure?
Yes
No
What do we think?
If the club does manage to replace Gimenez by the time the window shuts, it will be a huge relief to the fans. With that being said, the supporters will hope that any players brought in are not panic buys.
