Rangers are heading into one of the most crucial weeks of their season at the moment. With an Old Firm match to look forward to at the end of the week, fans will be hoping to have all of their players fit for the matchup against their biggest rivals.
In his press conference ahead of the team’s Boxing Day match against Kilmarnock, Steven Gerrard admitted that Steven Davis was back to full training while Jordan Jones is close to a return as well (Rangers). Fans were thrilled to hear of a potential Davis return. He has been a regular for Gerrard this season when fit.

Some fans had mixed feelings on Jones though. Some want to see him brought back into the squad as quickly as possible, while others don’t think they should drop Joe Aribo who has been playing well out on the right.

Steven Gerrard might be planning on testing his player’s fitness briefly during the match against Kilmarnock. The big test, however, will be to see who Gerrard picks to face Celtic.
