A lot of Leeds United fans have reacted to the news that Jack Clarke will leave the club in January after Tottenham Hotspur decided that the 19-year-old’s lack of game time at Elland Road was unacceptable.
Clarke joined Tottenham in the summer for £10m and then went back to Leeds, but he has barely featured for Marcelo Bielsa’s team, and Phil Hay has reported that Clarke’s Leeds career is over with Spurs set to call the winger back to London.
Will Leeds miss Clarke?
Yes
No
This has received a mixed reaction from many Leeds supporters. Some wish him the best of luck.

All the best @JackClarke09. We saw some brilliance from you but certain not the best of you.

Good luck to him, dug us out of some holes last season, very different form this year but still really young

Always sad to see young talent move away, wish him all the best but he’s moved too early imo on the basis of 5 or 6 good games, sacrifice him to bring in a creative midfielder in the Saiz role all day long that’s what will get us up ??

Other Whites fans, though, are not too bothered to lose Clarke.

unreal business by us

it was a complete waste of time, he didn’t want to be here and Bielsa wouldn’t play him unless forced to….

Not surprised Phil and tbh not that bothered he’s failed to kick on and doesn’t look interested. Will free up wages and a chance for a U23 to take his place.

Never mind his loan, Jack Clarke’s career is over!

What do we think?
This piece of news is one of the least surprising transfer stories of 2019 as Clarke, who is valued at £5.4 million (as per Transfermarkt), simply did not feature for Leeds and Spurs could not allow that to continue.
It will be interesting to see what happens to the young winger. Tottenham may decide to keep him in the development squad, or they could send him to another Championship club.
If this were to happen, then Leeds would have to hope that he does not join a promotion rival.
