What do we think?
Cairney has over the past few seasons established himself as one of the best players in the Championship and has scored an impressive 40 goals and provided 47 assists from his usual role in the centre of midfield.
The Fulham captain, since leaving Elland Road, has an impressive record against his old club having won four matches, and in that time, he has scored three goals and provided four assists.
Cairney is a superb footballer at Championship level, and Leeds will have to ensure that the Scottish international does not punish them on Saturday.
Of course, Leeds could do with a creative midfielder in central areas in the attacking third with Samu Saiz no longer at the club and Pablo Hernandez getting on with age.
