Aston Villa fans have been responding on Twitter to the latest post from club captain Jack Grealish.
This comes after the Englishman shared a tweet on his official page expressing his delight with Villa’s 1-0 win over Norwich on Thursday.
Grealish called the victory a “great result” saying it wasn’t the “prettiest but a much-needed win” for the club.
Will Aston Villa beat Watford on Saturday?
Yes
No
This post then gathered many replies from Villa fans who were overjoyed with the post.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to Grealish’s tweet:
Not pretty but it’s a results business at the end of the day. #

Grealish assisted Conor Hourihane’s winning goal in the victory against fellow strugglers Norwich at Villa Park. With Villa picking up their first three points since November, Grealish was quick to rally up the fans on Twitter as they prepare to take on fellow relegation side Watford on Saturday.
Well done on the assist! A win is win whether ugly or pretty! Good to see you laughing again Captain!

What do we think?
It’s good to see Grealish positive with his side’s first league win in just over a month. If Villa can now beat Watford at the weekend, they will stand a good chance of getting out of the relegation zone as January comes around. But, in order to do so, Grealish will need to be at the top of his game.
