Liverpool midfielder James Milner tweeted out an image and stated the length of time it’s been since making his Premier League debut with Leeds United.
Milner has won two Premier League titles, one UEFA Champions League title, one FA Cup and one League Cup, however, his Premier League journey started at Leeds United and fans are hoping it might end at Elland Road.
When the 33-year-old tweeted out the length of time since making his Premier League debut, many Peacocks fans were quick to invite their former player back ‘home’.

You must be homesick
Leeds is calling James

If there was ever to be a deal it would likely have to be a free, as we would be very surprised if Leeds would be willing to pay the £13.5m price tag that Transfermarkt believe he’s worth.
Come home James

What Do We Think?
Obviously this move would be amazing now, but if it starts taking too long to get done, how old will Milner be? As surely even the Leeds fans wouldn’t want to see a 36-year-old midfielder, potentially out of his prime running around, which could also destroy all the nice memories the Peacocks fans currently have. We think this deal needs to be done either very soon or never.
