A lot of Sheffield United fans are thrilled with a video showing Enda Stevens’ nutmeg on Andriy Yarmolenko in the first half of the 1-1 draw with West Ham United on Saturday.
Stevens takes the ball rolls it back and then through the Ukrainian international’s legs to David McGoldrick.
It was a lovely piece of skill from the Irishman, and he has made quite the habit of this in a few games this season.
These Blades fans loved Stevens’ skill.
Are we giving @Estevens1990 this one Blades fans? ?
Another week, another nutmeg ? pic.twitter.com/kAknDfydur

Other Blades supporters, though, think that it wasn’t a nutmeg because Yarmolenko’s foot was off the floor.
It’s not a Meg it goes down the line can’t give him this one close tho

Wasn’t a nutmeg but still a baller ??

What do we think?
On closer inspection, it appears that Stevens does indeed thread the ball between Yarmolenko’s legs and, therefore, it is a nutmeg. Indeed, Stevens has shown he’s not just a hard worker in recent years at Bramall Lane, producing four goals and seven assists in the Championship last season, and he already has two assists to his name in the top-flight.
Fans have every right to be excited about the left-back, who is a perfect example of a player who has reached new heights under Wilder’s watchful eye.
