Adrian Durham has predicted Derby County to defeat Leeds United when the pair clash in the semi-finals of the Championship play-offs.
The talkSPORT broadcaster shared that he feared for Marcelo Bielsa’s side as he just thought Derby would be able to edge them.
“In the Championship I fear for Leeds, Derby I think will edge them,” said Durham on talkSPORT (17:56, Wednesday May 8th).
Derby are set to host Leeds on Saturday in the first-leg of their clash, with their second-leg taking place on the following Wednesday at Elland Road.

Durham has regularly spoke about Leeds on his talkSPORT show this season and has often been positive about them. So positive in fact it was starting to look like he was a closet Leeds fan. However it seems that even though Durham may had fondness for the Whites, he isn’t envisioning play-off success. Leeds may have finished third in the Championship once the dust settled but it’s easy to why some, like Durham, aren’t confident about their play-off chances. Leeds’ form has dramatically dipped in recent weeks, hence why they blew the chance to go up automatically, and momentum is key when it comes to the play-offs. Just look at Fulham last season. The Cottagers grabbed a place in the play-offs after going on a tremendous run of form at the start of 2018 and that carried them all the way on through to the final where they beat Aston Villa. While Durham’s prediction is understandable, Leeds fans will be hoping he is barking up the wrong tree.
