It is no surprise in the slightest that this section of Leeds fans are astounded at this latest news on the club’s pursuit of Dan James from Swansea. He is no doubt one of their top targets, but after transfer expert Alan Nixon reported on his personal Twitter account that the Swans want £12 million for him, some of the supporters are not happy in the slightest. One fan remarked how they “want to win the Euromillions too” after hearing the news, which suggests that they think the fee is ludicrous. However, if the Whites really want him, they will have to cough up what Swansea are demanding, otherwise they may lose out on him altogether. There is no doubting that he is a quality player who would make a huge impact on their promotion charge, so perhaps he may be worth what Swansea are asking for. Nevertheless, it is easy to see why these fans have got worked up about it, as £12 million is a lot of money.
