COMMENTARY
Leeds United may have given their fans many reasons to be excited when facing Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday but it seems a section of supporters were more focused on slamming the latest display of midfielder Adam Forshaw. The Whites scored a 94 minute winner in order to beat Blackburn 3-2 after looking like they were going to drop points instead of celebrate victory. While Forshaw played the whole 90 minutes of that match which eventually led to a win, one supporter labelled his display awful while another suggested that perhaps too much Christmas Turkey had been eaten as he had been slow throughout the festive period. It’s understandable why the 27-year-old did receive some criticism for his latest performance as particularly in the first half his passes were wild and seemed more likely to see the ball end up with Blackburn. However he did get better as the game went on so some of the criticism below is a little on the harsh side.

Hard to criticise after such a dramatic game but Forshaw was awful today. I also don't like Pablo coming so deep, he's gonna get knackered.
Even when not at our best we just have that incredible will to win. And breathe ?— Paul Warrick PL (LUFC) (@paulwarrick3) December 26, 2018

Always think Forshaw is a little pedestrian getting caught on the ball, but a win is a win.

It baffles me why we still continuing to mess about at back again. Just clear it bpf should have just gone long instead off playing to forshaw who keeps giving it away #lufc
