A section of Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to hail the transformation of Moussa Sissoko after their team’s 3-2 Premier League win over Wolves on Saturday night.
The France international was named in the starting XI by Mauricio Pochettino for a third consecutive league match as he got the nod ahead of the likes of Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli.
Sissoko played the full 90 minutes of the Molineux clahs and supporters were impressed, with comments including “complete different player” and “legit good”.

COMMENTARY:
For the fourth league match in a row, Sissoko was named in the starting XI. For the fourth game in a row, his selection was panned by a section of fans, who claimed their manager has given up on the league. They will be eating humble pie – or should be, if they had any self-awareness – after the midfielder demonstrated what he can achieve if he is confident and given a decent run in the side. Used in a central midfield two alongside Harry Winks after Mousa Dembele succumbed to an ankle injury after just one minute at Molineux, Sissoko brought physicality and mobility to the role, and many fans claimed the combination worked really well. They were right. Tottenham were dominant for an hour, before they started to flag following their third fixture in just six days. Certainly, the previously-panned Sissoko is starting win over supporters following two-and-a-half years in which he has been the scapegoat for many, claiming he was a waste of £30million.
I think I appreciate Moussa Sissoko as a player now. Wow

@MoussaSissoko has been quite good as late, but @ericdier and @mousadembele were missed against @Wolves Sissoko is not a natural 6. Much better as box to box. Don't discount that when judging the back 4. #THFC #COYS
