Tottenham Hotspur welcome Premier League champions-in-waiting Manchester City to Wembley on Saturday evening, and Mauricio Pochettino must make three changes to the side that beat Stoke last time out.

Tottenham extended their unbeaten run in the league to 14 games with a 2-1 win over the Potters, with Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane grabbing the goals.

Eriksen opened the scoring for Tottenham after half-time when he stroked home Dele Alli’s pinpoint pull-back after some patient play down the right flank.

Stoke however found themselves level soon after when Spurs captain Hugo Lloris made his second mistake in two games after his clearance hit Mame Biram Diouf and the Senegal international was able to pass into an empty net.

Striker Kane then nabbed his 25th league goal of the season when Eriksen’s whipped free-kick glanced off his shoulder to secure another win for Spurs in their quest for Champions League football once again.

Opponents City are going through a rough patch at the moment, with Pep Guardiola’s side having lost three games in the last week: two to Liverpool in the Champions League and one to Manchester United domestically.
