Liverpool host Roma on Tuesday night for a pivotal European clash and manager Jurgen Klopp should make five changes to his starting XI.

The Reds host the Italian giants at Anfield in midweek for the first leg of the Champions League semi-final showdown.

Both teams are considered underdogs in the competition, but beat Manchester City and Barcelona respectively to reach the last four.

Liverpool recorded a 2-2 draw with West Brom in the Premier League at the weekend and Klopp has to resort to his strongest line up for the biggest game of the club’s season.

Meanwhile, Roma beat Spal 3-0 in their weekend fixture and gave some key players a rest.

However, the Premier League giants should have the edge at home and have the firepower to blow them away to take a healthy lead back to Rome for the second leg a week a later.

This Is Futbol has named the best possible Liverpool XI that should take to the field against Roma, which includes five changes to the side and the axe of a midfield enforcer.
