Leeds United attacker Stuart Dallas should be promoted back into the starting XI against Hull City on Tuesday in the club’s next Championship fixture.

The Whites travel to Hull in midweek in the league and manager Thomas Christiansen must include the 26-year-old in his side.

Leeds’ promotion chase has become extremely fragile in recent weeks with no win from their last four games and they are now three points outside of the play-offs spots.

Dallas is exactly the type of player that can lift spirits if he is placed back into the starting line up and the left-winger will seriously boost the side.

The Northern Ireland international should be handed a starting role on the left flank where his tireless work-rate and end product can be most effective.

Meanwhile, that will allow teammate Pablo Hernandez to move into a more central role where he can impact games and he should be able to pull the strings against Hull.

Dallas has been eased back from injury by Christiansen and was given a late cameo in the recent 4-3 defeat to Millwall.

He should help solve some defensive issues with his tracking back and his fresh legs in the side could help get the promotion bid back on track.

Leeds’ poor discipline is another issue that has crept in during their poor run of form and the dependable Dallas can fill the void during suspensions to four of the club’s players against Hull, with Liam Cooper, Samu Saiz, Kalvin Phillips and Eunan O’Kane all ruled out.
