Luke Ayling

Luke Ayling has been an ever-present for Leeds this season, starting all 16 of their Championship matches. But no player encapsulates the decline over the last six weeks more than the 26-year-old and it is high time that the right-back paid for his poor form. Supporters are understandably confused as to how Mr Consistent has transformed into Mr Erratic in such a short space of time. Was the award of a four-year contract a factor? Has Andrea Radrizzani been too generous for his own good. Ayling needs a spell on the sidelines, and should be replaced by Vurnon Anita against Boro.
