Leeds United are unlikely to make many changes for Wednesday night’s Championship showdown against Wolves at Molineux.

Manager Thomas Christiansen is set to stick with the bulk of the team that beat Middlesbrough 2-1 on Sunday to end a horror run of six league defeats from seven matches.

Goals from Pablo Hernandez and Ezgjan Alioski lifted the gloom at Elland Road and provided some breathing space for Christiansen, who was last week given a vote of confidence by the club’s board.

Leeds now face an even bigger test as they prepare to face Championship leaders and big spenders Wolves, who maintained their place at the summit with a 2-0 win at Reading on Saturday.

With United expected to spend large chunks of the match without the ball, Christiansen will set his side up to play differently to Sunday’s triumph.

This Is Futbol has named the expected Leeds starting XI, with a £2.3million player axed from the win over Boro.
