Manchester City midfielder Olivier Ntcham has posted a cryptic Instagram message on Monday afternoon as he reportedly closes in on a move to Celtic.
The 21-year-old midfielder was reported by the Daily Mail to have undergone a medical on Saturday night, and was photographed in Glasgow with his transfer looking imminent.
It is looking like a deal is all but done for Celtic to sign the youngster, who spent the last two years on loan in Genoa in Serie A.
Now, on the social media front Ntcham has posted an image of a set of traffic lights on his personal Instagram account with the green light lit alongside a caption stating he can now go “in the starting block.”

This post caught the attention of much of the Celtic fan base and many of the responses were already welcoming him to Parkhead.
If he does complete his move to Glasgow then he will become Celtic’s third signing of the summer following the additions of Jonny Hayes and Kundai Benyu already.
Ntcham’s old manager Andrea Mandorlini has also been showering him with praise in the build-up to his potential move and this could work out to be another exciting signing for Rodgers’ team.
