Three Mexico stars West Ham must watch against Russia in Confed Cup clash

Javier Hernandez

Former Manchester United striker Hernandez could be on the lookout for a move away from current club Bayer Leverkusen despite scoring 13 goals in 36 league and cup fixtures.

RMC Sport claimed last month that Leverkusen were willing to see the Mexico international leave, if interested parties meet the 29-year-old striker’s asking price of £10.5million.

Well within the reach of the Hammers’ transfer budget, Bilic would finally end his hunt for a proven Premier League striker in Hernandez, who has found the back of the net 37 times in 103 outings in England’s top tier.
