Everton and AC Milan are the favourites to sign Celtic forward Moussa Dembele, according to the latest bookmakers’ odds.
Sky Bet have priced both clubs at 11/4 to secure the signature of the 20-year-old in the summer transfer window.
This follows up from the report in the Scottish Sun which claimed that the Toffees are preparing to smash their club transfer record in order to acquire Dembele’s services.
Both clubs are currently ahead of a number of top European sides who are also interested in signing the forward this summer with Premier League champions Chelsea at 11/1 and both Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund at 14/1.
The young French striker moved to Celtic Park from Championship side Fulham for a fee just under £3million at the start of the 2016-17 campaign.
Dembele enjoyed an exceptional debut season with the Hoops as he scored 32 goals and provided nine assists in all competitions.
The Frenchman was also the club’s joint top goalscorer in the Champions League campaign notching up two goals in the qualifying rounds and three goals in the group stages.
His contribution helped Celtic to complete a remarkable treble and they also made history by becoming the first Scottish side not to lose a single game throughout the domestic season since the late 19th Century.
