The likes of Jack Grealish have been forced to play out wide at times, even though he is better used in a central role behind the striker.
Bringing in Borini, who can play on the flanks or as a striker, would provide Bruce with Premier League quality that would Villa boast a three-man attack that would strike fear into opponents – composing of Borini, Jonathan Kodjia and Adomah.
