Dele Alli is a £50m transfer target for big spending Paris St Germain.

According to a report in The Mirror the French giants are keeping tabs on the midfielder and are hoping to make a move at the end of the season.

Alli has made the move from MK Dons to Spurs with ease and was rewarded with a new six year contract worth £60,000/week earlier this season.

PSG could afford to double that salary and are expected to test the water with an end of season bid that would give Spurs a £45m profit on the 20-year-old.

That sort of deal would appeal to any business but after selling Luka Modric and Gareth Bale in similar circumstances Spurs need to demonstrate their ambitions to supporters.

PSG would be able to virtually guarantee Champions League football increasing the pressure on Spurs to achieve a top four finish after this season’s disappointing exit from the Champions League at the group stage with one match left to play.
