According to reports from Foot Mercato, Chelsea have offered Manchester United transfer target Zlatan Ibrahimovic a two-year contract.
The iconic Swede, who has netted a whopping 35 times across all competitions this season, is yet to extend his PSG contract past the summer – meaning he is already allowed to discuss pre-contract terms with foreign clubs.

Foot Mercato claim his preference is to move to the Premier League, having already snubbed approaches from the MLS and the Chinese Super League, and Chelsea and Manchester United have been mooted as the front-runners to acquire the 34-year-old on a free transfer.
L’Equipe reported earlier this week that the Red Devils have ‘made contact‘ with the 6 foot 5 striker’s representatives regarding a potential summer transfer, but fellow French publication Foot Mercato claim Chelsea have already tabled a contract offer – a two-year deal worth around £19.5million in total.
PSG have u-turned on their position from last summer and are now hopeful of agreeing a twelve-month contract extension, with Zlatan’s agent Mino Raiola scheduled for talks in April. But heavy interest from two of the Premier League’s top club is making an agreement at Parc de Princes increasingly unlikely.
