According to reports from The Express, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have sent scouts to run the rule over priority West Ham transfer target Michy Batshuayi.
The Marseille star has bagged 13 goals and eight assists in 29 Ligue 1 appearances this season, taking his league haul for the French club to 22 strikes in 51 outings since sealing a transfer from Standard Liege in summer 2014.

Consequentially, the 22-year-old is attracting plenty of interest from the Premier League ahead of the summer transfer window and has already been billed as West Ham’s priority transfer target.
But Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have also been mooted as potential suitors throughout the season and according to The Express, who cite reports from L’Equipe, both north London clubs have now sent scouts to take a closer look at the Belgium international.
In terms of Batshuayi’s potential transfer fee, The Express claim Marseille rate the 5 foot 11 striker at around £25million. But widespread interest – not to mention good performances for Belgium at Euro 2016 – could see that figure significantly rise.
