According to reports from talkSPORT yesterday evening, Premier League trio Everton, Manchester City and West Ham are all tracking the progress of Danish prodigy Pione Sisto.
The 20 year-old’s exceptional form last term saw him pick up the Player of the Year award in December and fire FC Midtjyland to their first ever Danish league title – scoring and assisting during a trophy-clinching win over FC Kobenhavn on the final day of the season.
That reportedly attracted interest from Arsenal, Everton, Barcelona and Juventus during the summer transfer window but the 5 foot 7 attacker allegedly wanted to continue his development in Denmark for another year.
According to talkSPORT, however, that hasn’t stopped Premier League scouts monitoring the starlet’s progress – running the rule over him in a recent 3-1 Europa League win over Club Brugge. Midtyland also knocked Southampton out of the tournament earlier this season.
Sisto made his debut for the Danish national team in September during a Euro 2016 qualifier against Albania, having previously netted four times in four outings for the U21s.
