Ben Jacobs has insisted that Daniel Levy is willing to sell a stake in Tottenham Hotspur and has revealed he’s talking to several parties.

It has been reported over the course of the last few weeks that Spurs and Levy have held initial talks with QSI, the group who have a majority share in French giants Paris Saint-Germain, as they look to invest in the Premier League.

The reason for their interest in Spurs could be down to a number of things including the club’s world-class stadium, the players and manager they possess and also to try and muscle their way into England amongst other gulf states.

Despite the exciting reports that fresh investment could soon be on the cards from the Middle East, it’s certainly not a foregone conclusion this comes off, as Levy is keeping his options well and truly open.

Jacobs has admitted on The Done Deal Show that Levy is talking to many parties as he becomes more open to lessening his control of Tottenham.

He said: “My feeling with Tottenham coming onto the investment side is that Daniel Levy is prepared to surrender a minority stake at the football club and is in active discussions with multiple suitors, potentially.

Will Spurs get new investment?

Yes!

Yes!

No!

No!

“This is the feeling within the industry speaking to sources over the last few weeks or so, but Daniel Levy doesn’t want an outgoing plan; he wants business as usual but with more investment coming into the club.”

TIF Thoughts on potential Spurs investment…

Given how frugal and tight Levy has been in the past when it comes to Spurs spending money in the transfer market compared to their respective rivals, some external investment could be exactly what they need.

Many Tottenham fans will surely be excited as they will have seen how much money QSI pumped into PSG and hope they would be willing to do something similar at their club which may take them to the next level.

Starting with the club's £60m summer signing, which of these players could Richarlison be facing?

Also, Spurs will be looking above them in the table and seeing how investment has transformed Newcastle United and wish it could happen to them in the near future, but as Jacobs alluded to, QSI are not the only interested party, so fans shouldn’t get their hopes up just yet.
