Celtic have had to survive without Kyogo Furuhashi, with their Japanese star missing a large chunk of the season due to injury, but the wait to see him back in a Hoops jersey could almost be over.

Since the middle of December, he has managed 15 minutes of football as a hamstring injury has plagued the second half of the season so far for the forward.

His importance to the Hoops at the start of the season was huge. In all competitions he has 26 appearances for Ange Postecoglou, scoring an impressive 16 times. He has also been on hand to create for his teammates, setting five up in that time, too.
